What This Session Is

The Back to You Session is a structured 45-minute diagnostic session designed to assess how your system is currently operating and identify what’s actually keeping you in this pattern.

This isn’t just about what you’re experiencing.

It’s about understanding why it hasn’t changed.

This process looks at more than what you can explain or articulate.

Because most of what’s driving this
is happening beneath conscious awareness.

This is not coaching.
It is not therapy.
It is not a general conversation.

And it’s not another attempt to “figure it out.”

It is a focused process designed to map:

• how your system is currently responding to pressure
• where it’s staying in protection
• patterns of bracing, reactivity, or shutdown
• how this is affecting your clarity, decisions, and energy
• how long this pattern has likely been in place

So instead of guessing, analyzing, or looping

 you see what’s actually happening.

This is the first step in determining:

• whether your system is still operating in survival mode
• what it would take to shift it
• and whether deeper, structured recalibration is needed

This session also includes a layer of individualized analysis based on your birth data.

You’ll be asked to provide your birth date, time, and location ahead of time so I can prepare this in advance.

This helps us move beyond surface-level patterns and quickly identify what’s actually driving your experience.

This work is designed for women who are still functioning but can feel that something isn’t working the way it used to.

Who are no longer satisfied with managing…

something needs to change.

Best suited for those who are open to a structured, multi-month recalibration process and want to understand why that level of work is necessary before committing to it.

What to Expect

After you select a time on the calander,

you’ll be taken to a short application.

This helps ensure the session is appropriate and

aligned for where you are right now.

As part of the application, you’ll be asked to provide

your birth date, time, and location.

This allows me to prepare in advance and work with a more precise understanding of your underlying patterning,

so our time together is specific to you, not generalized.

There is no pressure to continue.

This is simply a space to see what’s actually happening
and understand what your system may need next.
